Disappointed in Boise

The best half of the concert by far, from our seats in section P, was the first half with Toto. They sounded amazing. They had fun. They played with enthusiasm and energy. They goofed off with each other and the audience. It was a blast and a musical feast. Journey was just a blast of bass drum and bass guitar. We could not hear the vocals at all. The band vibe from the band was cold. The lead singer was frantic. The audience sang along and clapped along and willed them to give us what we paid for, but they were going through the motions. It did not click. The sound balance was really bad. I have listened back to the videos I made. I can hear Toto as clear as a bell. Journey is just a lot of really muddy bass.
